SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow up to 5 - 7 business days to process your order after payment is cleared. Processing can take up to 5 - 7 business days (excludes weekends / holiday's). Tracking numbers will go out by the seventh business day. After processing is complete it will take 2 - 3 business days to receive your package.

All orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are considered placed on next business day.

International Shipping:
May take an additional 2 - 3 weeks depending on customs release.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holiday's, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We entrust USPS and UPS to deliver your package(s) on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final.

Due to health regulations, hygiene concerns, and the nature of the product we currently do not accept returns.

Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct length, color, and texture. Please do not open bundles remove any fasting holding the hair together. This includes any zip ties, band wraps, or tags.
If order is incorrect / unavailable:
If the product(s) you order is out of stock we will contact you immediately via phone or email. If you want a refund or to swap for a different item. If these options do not we can cancel your order per your request. You will receive a refund within 7 - 10 business days.
